What we collect When you fill in a form on our website or through one of our ads on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you give us. This is usually your name, email address, phone number, business name, and information about the video project you want to discuss.

Why we collect it We use your details to contact you about your enquiry, to understand your project, and to send you a quote. We do not use your details for anything else without asking you first.

Who we share it with We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Your details may be stored by the tools we use to run the business, such as our email provider, and by Meta when you submit a form through a Facebook or Instagram ad. We only share your information with anyone else if the law requires it.

How we keep it We keep your information only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or any work we do together, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.

Your rights You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will deal with your request promptly.
