Three men. One mountain. Nothing to hide behind.
Men Who Rise follows Naz, Mark, and Matty, three men at different breaking points, as they step into an HPF event and face the gap between the man they are and the man their family needs them to be.
Naz came back from the edge of suicide to rebuild his marriage and become a key part in helping men come into HPF. Mark McNee is an 2 x Olympian who performed on the worlds largest stage, and lost himself in the process. Matty is the good dad and successful business owner who knows, quietly, that his marriage fading.
The film culminates in a hike to the summit of Mt. Kosciuszko, not as a finish line, but as a threshold. The mountain was never the challenge. It was just the doorway.
Shot on location across Australia, Men Who Rise blends handheld vérité intimacy with cinematic scope, home visits, HPF Summit coverage, and a climb that earns its scale.
